  2. We will write you a offer for your home using the Colorado state approved Contract to Buy and Sell Real Estate.
  3. Once the contract is fully executed by both parties, we will deliver the earnest money (good faith deposit) and contract to the title company.  This will prompt them to pull title work and issue title insurance. (the title company will hold the Earnest Money in an escrow account until closing)
  4. The contract will have an agreed upon “Close Date”.  This is the day the transaction is closed which is done at the title company’s office with one of their notaries. This finalizes the transaction leaving us with ownership of the property and you with cash in your hand!
